I took an old pair of work boots to Mike and he made them look like new! Outstanding workmanship and service!!!

Best shoe repair shop in las vegas, great work)))

I recently moved from san diego and was in need of a shoe repair shop who does shoe lift . I came across Alex shoe repair and was told to come down with my shoe for pricing. Upon arrival at the shop and Alex examining the short, he said it will cost me $175. He asked me the price I paid for my lift and responded $55. Alex laughed and adviced me to take it to the shop I went to in order to save money. He said, you will not find any shop that will charge any lesser. That's when I found Mike's shop. I brought my shoe in and he gave me the same price I paid for at the shoe repair place in San Diego. Mike provided a legendary experience and definitely a returning customer. I would like to thank you .

I took a pair of cole haan blk. loafers. Instructed the clerk to be resoled and new heels put on exactly the way they were when new.I told her 2 different times the way I expected to have them done. .I had to leave a deposit of 20.00 which thought was a little strange,after all he has my 200.00 shoes

a week later when I went to pick up my shoes the job was not the way I had instructed the clerk to have them repaired ,when I complained to the owner he says they don't make that heel any more I said your suppose to be a leather craftsman and you can't make a simple heel? I said for 48.50 you should be able to do the job exactly the way they were when they were new..I would not recommend this shop for any repair work. All I wanted was to have them repaired propertly. the only positive thing I can say is that he polished them

We received chilly customer service here. The clerk made it seem like providing a receipt was a huge burden to him. There are many better shoe repair options in Las Vegas.
