I must say that a person gets weary about selecting the right plumbing service that you can trust and KenO of Mike's Drain & Plumbing showed you can count on him. I hired this co. because he did a small job in my condo a few months ago, and because we live out of state....he was very honest as to telli us to wait on a small job till we return to Vegas since we need to be present. So he fixed a small leak for us that was needed at that time.

I was telling him about my toilet slow water flow and he went to check it right on the spot since it was our last day the next morning.

He opened the cover on one of toilets and showed us why. On my next trip I would call them for estimate. Well I decided to give a call a few monthsearlier and see if they would handle the job without me making a trip out. Having met KenO face to face, he seemed to know his job and very sharp worker. Everything through communicating with the office from start to finish was A++. It's great to feel you have reliable, honest workers taking care of you. He's smart, does a nice clean job, on time and explains everything. If anything need attention to, he will tell you. I felt he covered our backs very well! Give them a call, 24hrs service...I'm happy I can rely on them!
