Bought a 3 oil change coupon from Groupon, the first one went fine, no charge along with great customer service. On the second one, I brought my other vehicle and I encountered a different person, a bald headed guy who quoted me $60. I told him I had two more oil changes left to which he replied that they weren't covered with a synthetic blend. I told him I didn't want synthetic, I wanted what came with the deal. He said 5w 20 oil doesn't come with that coupon. I told him I wanted 5w30, which is what is recommended in the owners manual. He told me to show him, so I headed towards the door to get it when he said it doesn't matter it's a different vehicle so it wasn't covered. I said, 'are you telling me that you won't honor this coupon?' He said 'that's right', and I walked out, and will never be returning.



The Groupon deal clearly states that up to 5 quarts of 5w30 standard oil and filter are included in the oil change, exactly what I was asking for. Not only was I denied the use of the Groupon, but this person was extremely rude and unprofessional, as if he was pissed off to have to give people all these oil change deals. Too bad for them, had the last two oil changes went as well as the first, I would have continued to bring them all my business in the future. Oil changes, 30k service, brakes, whatever.



When I first pulled up, all the grease monkeys were just sitting around on chairs in the bay with nothing to do, now I know why they have so much free time and aren't getting any business. Not sure who the first guy was who did give me good service, but in my opinion, its not worth running into a loser who doesn't know how to treat a customer to bother with this shop. Save yourself and take your business elsewhere. Luckily, Groupon does know how to treat customers and gladly refunded my purchase.

Don't go on this place it's really bad and they gonna charge you it's really a bad place to fix your car bad bad bad!!!!

very very bad place ! i'm so disapointed to this shop, i don't recommend anyone to go there ! i went to fix my cooler systeme, spend 760 $ (an other garage told me that doesnt cost more than 250 $) i just had 1 tube, the thermostat and a turn signal to change... after a few miles i notice the fan doesnt work anymore; so i went back to Midas. The guy at the front desk (seem nice and friendly) but when i ask him to see what is wrong, he told me that it's not his fault, the fan is broken and need to be change, he wanted to charge around 1100 $ just for that ! No discount, no help for nothing !!!

So i decided to go in another garage and they just plug me a cable, that was it!
