I give this place NO stars. The staff is horrible. Ginger in the office is as rude as they come. There is definitely something supernatural or evil going on at this place. There have been several deaths also. I say run as fast as you can. Not to mention all of your personal information will be discussed in the office amonh other tenants. Keep going and do not stop here. You will regret it!

The complex is no longer maintained. To many pet feces on grounds. Tenants have 2-3 medium size pets. Poor plumbing, water heaters, air units need constant filter change. water smells. Wind blows sand under sliding doors. Front door damage requires new plates that do not allow easy open or closure. Riff Raff tenants noisy and abusive. Grounds unkept. Office staff Ginger part-timer rude and fake, always on personal calls, smoking cigarettes and sarcastic to tenants. The other female has to many guests/friends and always texting. Unable to discuss business around the minors in the office. The man in office unable to perform repairs without presentable damage. Appliances to not fit the kitchen, wrong sizes and the appliances break down often. Everything is covered up with heavy paint to hide the defects and easily wipes off with a sponge. Doors open in the wrong direction resulting in loss of space. Stairs weakening, unfinished drywall in water heater room and unfinished porch walls. Harder to locate staff during business hours, doors locked. Took away after hours rent check drop box since tenants were stealing rent check's. Increased evictions, police cars and ambulances.Water price is unreasonable. Never able to meet the lady owner. Check everything thoroughly before making a decision to rent here. The rent prices do not justify the square footage and poor built quality. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
