Excellent

The ad is well done and very helpful. The church has much to offer, including music, youth, Sunday school, fellowship groups and Christian School-Preschool. Awesome!

Trinitys the Best

I have been taking pictures at Trinity for many years. My son attended Trinity for 3 years before entering a public school for first grade. The teachers are outstanding and give their absolute best to each and every child. The education my son received at Trinity put him ahead before entering a public school. It is a very warm and loving school with a great staff and many exciting and fun programs. I would recommend this school for anyone looking for a place you can trust with all of your childs education needs.

Revitalized school, Reggio philosophy

I attended Trinity as a child, my children did and now my god-children attend. I attend church there and have worked there as well, though I am now on the school board. Trinity is now a Reggio Emelia based school with Abeka as the Christian based teachings. We have received many grants from several offices, including the NAEYC, and was voted the "Best Preschool in Las Vegas". The campus is beautiful and even more updates and modifications are in the works to truly make our school shine among the Las Vegas valley private schools. My children are now too old to attend, but I often recommend the school to parents. Many who attended as children now send their children and absolutely love the improvements and the new age-appropriate philosophy. Leslie has done an amazing job and continues to shine at Trinity, bringing in new programs, funding, and overall . As referenced (and immensely embellished) in previous reviews, Trinity is a long-standing preschool in the Las Vegas community and has been through its ups and downs like every other school or organization. Recently Trinity has gone through drastic changes that many were not thrilled about at the time, but have greatly improved both the educational and overall quality of the entire school, including the staff. As an early-childhood educator, I would recommend Trinity to anyone looking for a preschool or early elementary program which is age-appropriate, stimulating, Christian-based and educational.

Awesome School

This school offers an excellent experience for all of the students. Christian values are modeled and taught in every class, 2 year olds through 2nd grade. The director, office staff, teachers, and aides are examples of what one would hope for and expect in every school. The children adjust readily and enjoy their time at the school. It is a shame for disgruntled people to print slanderous remarks that could keep other families from checking out the school for themselves.

Don't believe those lies

I can't believe someone wrote such lies on this forum. I hope these people get in trouble for what they have written. None of the previous reviews are true. These are people who were fired from the school and are just being vindictive. I personally know the director of this school. She has had many years of experience and is one of the most knowledgeable and competent teacher/director I have ever met.

Don't Be Fooled

I worked for this center and saw what happened on the inside. This is a very bad place. The Director, Leslie Chaney treats staff and parents poorly and does not care about the children. She will not spend any money on materials, only taking in donations of toys that are broken, dirty, and not age appropriate. She is extremely dishonest and will do anything to get more money out of the parents. The church needs to wake up and fire her before she brings serious problems to them or before a child gets hurt. You would be better of leaving your children home alone than putting them in this center. BEWARE!

Stay Away From This School

I also had problems with the director Leslie Chaney. She does not follow licensing guidelines regarding ratios and children's safety. She lies and spins the situation in her favor every time. I also had problems with the kindergarten teacher Vicki Connors and feared for the safety of my child in both the kindergarten program and in the preschool. My two year old son was left on the playground alone and all Leslie could do was avoid me. Their staff is unqualified and the director is horrible and the church will do whatever it can to cover up the bad things happening there. They only care about money. Someone should shut this place down and put Leslie in jail.

Child Expelled for Parent reporting abuse by teacher

Myself as a parent went to the director Leslie Chaney to talk to her regarding my child being physically abused by his teacher Vicki Conners. Which I never received a response from the director. Myself and another parent went to the school board to complain that more than one child was being abused by Vicki Conners. The School Board then called myself and another parent in to discuss the situation, which then we received a letter stating that our children were being asked to leave the school immediatly. VICKI CONNERS IS NOT LICENSED IN THE STATE OF NEVADA. THIS IS NOT THE CHRISTIAN WAY OF HANDELING A SERIOUS PROBLEM. PASTOR MARK AND THE SCHOOL BOARD DECIDED TO KICK OUR CHILDREN OUT AND KEEP AN ABUSIVE TEACHER. ANY KIND OF ABUSE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
