Once again the service was poor, i ordered through Uber eats and when I received my food it was cold and instead of complaining to Uber eats I thought I would keep it simple and not get anyone in trouble and ride up there and ask them if they could make me some hot fries remind you it's 1am the manager on duty made a big deal about remaking the fries I couldn't believe the attitude she had, the she tried to tell me I canceled my order and was trying to get free food I was appalled, at this point I just wanted my old food back so I can take pictures of it for Uber eats I had lost my appetite. I DONT ADVISE ANYONE TO USE THIS LOCATION THIS IS THE SECOND AND THE LAST INCIDENT I WILL HAVE WITH THEM. P.S. WHEN I FINALLY GOT MY FRIES THEY WERE THE OLD ONES THAT THEY TOOK AND DROPPED BACK IN THE GREASE THEY WERE HORRIBLE

This McDonalds is the worst in Las Vegas, maybe even the whole state of Nevada. Make sure you check your order before leaving this restaurant, That is if they even give you your food at all. I've been ripped off by this McDonalds more then once and when you try to get things corrected they just flat out refuse. I have learned my lesson and then some about going here. If your smart you will keep on going down the street to the next McDonalds

My name is Raquel Marquez and I want to share this with you. I went through the drive thru this morning at about 7:45 am (11/5) and my total came to approx. $3.82. I gave the young man what I thought were 16 quarters. He counted the coins and then said to me "sorry ma'am, but you gave me 8 Susan B Anthony coins, so I can either take the dollars and return your quarters or you can pay the balance with regular quarters."



I was so impressed that I thanked him and did not get his name. I do not know what kind of acknowledgement is given to your employees, but this young man deserves something. I would never had known what I did because I was not even aware that I had these coins.



Please let him know that he made my day, I thought there were no honest persons left in this town. This McDonald's is located at Paradise and Twain/Sands.
