We took my niece and nephew there to take photos for a Christmas gift for my boyfriends parents. We went in to pick up photos and they order all the wrong sizes and forgot to order the one we switched out and we had to pay extra for their mistakes. We came back 3 times before it was even correct . Not one person was apologetic for their mistake!! It was terrible customer service! I can say WE WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN ! We spent a lot of money for everything to get messed up!

Overpriced. Staff has no clue how to retouch pictures. Big dissapointment when you order largest framed print available.

Took my children in for Christmas photos, customer service sucked. The 3 workers so so busy with the previous group they didn't even notice us, these ppl had their belongings all over the sitting area and at no point did the 3 women who worked there ask them to move their things so that we could sit down. After standing around for 10 minutes one women noticed that I was getting annoyed and let us know they would be with us shortly. My children took pictures in front on the green screen (25 poses) in about 3-4 minutes... We viewed the pictures, they were pretty good. When I went to pick the photos up my daughters arm and hair were cut off in every pose I picked. OVER PRICED FOR THE POOR QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE WILL USE THE PICTURE PEOPLE FOR ALL OUR FAMILY PHOTOS!!!

Me and my husbend went to maymays photography july 13 for my belly picutres i lover what they had done for me and my husbend really nice and helpful. with the green sreen we did like only 2 we need up spending over 210.00 dollers there and i dont regeat anything.!! 10 sheets and they didnt persure me to buy anything.!! but i did cause of the great job they did with my and my husbend. :) thank you and well be going again soon when the new member of the family is born.! :)

We have been using MayMay for years now and have never been disappointed in their service or in the way they handle all of their photo shoots we have them do all our family pictures from engagement ,wedding ,pregnancy, birth, all the milestones of our grandchildren and all the holidays pictures as well , we have recommended them to all of our family and friends and they drive the distant because they have always been treated so well and love their pictures as much as we do. I cant say enough about the professionalism and customer service that we have always received from all the staff at MayMays Photography in the Meadows Mall, Thank you so much and we will continue to spread the word !!! Love you guys

The company advertises that they touch up photographs. We were shot in front of a green screen. After the pictures were taken, I asked if we could choose the backgrounds. They said no.



When I went to pickup the prints, I noticed that on three of the prints, the coloring of our skin was reddish and yellow. I also noticed that the prints had not been retouched. We did not like the backgrounds, they would not make the changes we requested.



I was very disappointed. My husband and I took time to get ready for these pictures, that were to be a celebration of our anniversary.



We feel that we have been treated very unprofessionally. May May Photography, did not listen to any of our concerns or requests to make things right.
