I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENT

I was with this agent for about 5 years, and during all that time I never once spoke with my agent Matt. He is always out of the office or assisting another client. I would leave messages and send emails, but never got a response. The girls in the office overall are knowledgeable and somewhat helpful, but too many times I would find myself left on hold for up to 20 minutes at a time. When I finally had enough and requested to speak with a supervisor or for corporate info they refused and informed me there was nothing I could do and no one I cloud speak to.
