Had a few skin issues, the doc knocked em out. I will return if or when
I need him again. He made things a breeze and it's hard to find good medical attention in Las Vegas.

Been searching for a good doctor for my skin cancer in my shoulder, very good and clean treatment , very happy that its gone ..still follow up with Dr. Safko ,,recommended doctor office.

My husband was given a referral to see this dr. I didn't even get to see him. Our primary care physician sent us there. I waited for the call to see him but his staff claimed that the referral was never sent. I called the dr office whom gave us the referral and said they had received it but faxed it 3 times. I had already made an appointment so my husband really needs to see a dermatologist for he has a fungus under his skin. I got a call last week to reschedule his appointment due to claiming he was not going to be there. With the attitude from the office staff I said I was going to ask for another dr. Her response was ok bye and I had a dial tone in my ear. I would never go to this office and I reported it to our insurance company.

Great as always! He is very nice and caring when it comes down to bedside manner. Dr. Safko is an excellent doctor. I highly recommend him and his practice.

Staff is very professional, friendly, courteous and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Safko answered all my questions, and was very informative. He did not rush through the appointment. He is the best of the best in Las Vegas, and voted best in Time Magazine.

It was a pleasure to be attended to by Dr. Safko. I've already recommended him to a number of people. What great good luck to have found him!

Dr. Safko is very personable! I felt very comfortable asking questions and I didn't feel rushed during my consultation. He patiently explained things in detail. I would definitely recommend him for Dermatology needs.

Before coming to southwest dermatology I had my skin so oily and with a lot of acne didn’t understand what was going on so I immediately contacted them and came right in. I received facial treatment and it has gotten way better and feel way better also! They are great.

This was one of the worst doctor office visits I have ever encountered. First off my appointment was at 2:15 and I arrived at 2:00. After waiting 35-45 minutes after my scheduled appoitment, they finally called me back, where they had me get undressed for the exam. I then sat there for another 45-50 minutes before the doctor decided to come in and have a 2 minute look. After he walked out, they got my insurance info, which I knew would not cover the fees to come. They then informed me that my 3 small removals would be over $500. I asked about paying cash and was informed that I signed a document about my insurance and that it would be "illegal" for them to not use my insurance (which is not covering it). I asked to speak to the doctor again and was denied. I understand the money - fine they want to over charge for their services - that is fine. But to waste over 2 hours of time going to this place is ridiculous. There is another dermatology doctor up the road I will be going back to (even though they no longer take my insurance).



So frustrating - that you get such horrible service at a doctor's office. I should have taken the first warning when they were rude on the phone to set up the appoitment.

MUCH BETTER SERVICE - THEY ARE FUN, EASY TO DEAL WITH, AND ON TIME!!

My whole family sees Dr. Safko for our skin problems. The office staff is the best I've seen in a Doctor's office. Everybody there remembers our name, even when they get busy they remember to be polite. Dr. Safko cares, he gets it right. You may have to wait while he sees people with more than one skin problem, but it's worth it.

customers service is horrible, front desk are rude. you make an appoinment at one time an two hours your getting help.... worse service ever!!!

This place is horrible. I arrived for my 9:15 appointment today and was brought into the exam room at 9:20. I waited for over an hour in the exam room before I was moved into another room where I waited for over an hour and fifteen minutes before the doctor came in. There were only two other patient at the office today and no one in the waiting room. This was my forth appointment with this doctor in the past four weeks and every time I have waited at least an hour past my appointment time either to be brought into the exam room or waiting in the exam room for the doctor. The doctor is also very brisk; he would leave the exam room before I could ask questions and not even give me my biopsy results. This is the last time that I will go to this doctor.

Horrible place. Front desk girls really rude also wait for doctor to come like 4 hrs ridiculous. Never again. Please don't come to this establishment ever!!

Of all dermatologists do not go to this one. The staff is rude especially the front you wait over an hour and half they over book the patients then for the doctor to see you for 5 minutes..So you wasted your time and money. It was my first and last time going there he did nothing for my skin problem. You can give your concerns to the office manager but trust me she her self does not know nothing just here are some samples that were expired and looking at her desk you can tell that she does not know anything but to file rocks thats all I seen on her desk. What a joke.

I HAVE BEEN BEEN SEEING DR SAFKO FOR MANY YEARS. THE STAFF IS KIND AND THEY ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU. I HAVE BEEN BRINGING MY FAMILY TO HIM FOR 20 YEARS. I WON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE. YOU SHOULD SEE OUR SKIN. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPOINTED.

I had been to 4 other dermatologists, and then I found Dr.Safko. The office staff always rember my name and make

me comfortable. I have a very rare skin condition and Dr. Safko is the only dock who knew what it was and how to

make it better. What a relief to find a smart and kind dock.

Every one on his staff was warm and professional. Dr. Safko was smart and did a great job with my skin. He cured my rash and mademe look younger. Thanks Dr Safko.
