I have been going to Dr. Goodhead for 17 years. She is very professional , caring, and her staff is very polite even when we give them grief in our "prego day's" I enjoy having her as my OBGYN and recommend her to every woman who needs that special attention during your pregnancy. All my children were born healthy under her care and I Trust her completely.

I had the pleasure of meeting her and her minions one year ago, to say the least, I was not impressed. I went in for an annual exam only to discover that I needed to have a myomectomy!I was referred to her via our health insurance company. The little woman at the front desk was extremely rude and, in broken english, yelled out my medical info for the entire lobby to hear! I too was mortified and explained to her that I didn't appreciate her tone and to please refrain from yelling. As I gave her my medical cards and a NO BLOOD CARD to schedule my surgery, she continued her tirade. Flash forward 30 days later while being admitted at the hospital across the street from her office: I am lying on the gurney in my surgical gown with I.V.'s stuck in my arm; nurses whispering and giving me odd-ball stares; I get an angry call from Dr. Goodhead canceling the surgery, saying I never told her that I don't accept blood. The call went down hill from there.I left, got my records and never went back!

I have been a patient of Dr. Goodhead for 10 years. I will not be returning. It wasn't the fact that the staff forgot to book my appointment and I had to wait, I'm a fairly patient and understanding person. It was the fact that they staff and doctor stood outside the exam room door and questioned my integrity as a person. Called me "liar liar pants of fire", by making assumptions about my marital status and validity of my place of business without even asking me. What kind of professional does this? I realize that Dr. Goodhead is nearing the age of retirement, and this negative review will do little to sway the behavior of her and her staff, but I can save others from the disrespectful and unprofessional actions of this office. I have been a good and loyal patient of this office and have given rave reviews to any who asked me where I went. I had also hoped one day that Dr. Goodhead would the OB to overseen pregnancy for me, that is no longer the case. What a shame and waste.

I went to her when I first was told I was pregnant as well. Herself and her staff are rude! She also kept asking me if my husband was the only one I was sleeping with. She even asked him has he gotten tested for any std's! I was mortified!Instead of a happy first baby appointment,she made me feel horrible. She is an angry little woman. That was my first and only appointment with her!!!

plz go to another doctor you better off. i found out my baby had heart problems in my ultra sound and when i called her about it not only was she NOT there but her staff was being rude to me and told me" she isnt here what do u want me to do about it?" i wa beyond pissed. my first baby and im finding this out im sure you can understand what i was going through. and to make it worse my doctor never called me back about it but her staff called me 2wks later only because they found out i had switched doctors. i have more to say but ill just leave that example for now.

This lady and her office workers are not friendly at all! I went to her when I was pregnant with my first child. I had no idea what to expect! She made very offensive comments and her staff fought with me when I had called to cancel an appointment! I had tried to make another one but was yelled at accusing me for trying to find another doctor! I had some plans that could not be broken and was taken aback and angry at that. It only added to more emotional stress for me after that so I switched to another doctor who was alot more helpful and less stressful!
