An Hour an 21 minutes Late and i am still waiting....they will not answer the phone. Just tell me that you cannot make it, so i can go on with my life...

They were supposed to be at my house at 1:00 by 1:15 they still weren't there so I called she said they were 5 min away it took them another 15 min to show up. I scheduled them 3 hours because I wasn't sure how long it would take to clean my 3 bedroom house mind you I told them only clean two rooms and the house she said no worries about the time I will just pay for what they work. 3 hours was 98$ it ended up only taking them 2 hours to clean and they still charged me for 3. I went into the guest bathroom after it had been cleaned and behind the door along the whole back several inches out along the floor was still hair and crud I took a tissue and wiped the floor it came up black when I told her no one cleaned the floor she said they did... she went back and cleaned it again. They finished at two hours I was charged for 3 they left. I went into the master bathroom there was still soap scum on the shower walls and floor. I have dark brown granite so you can't miss the soap scum and it was there. I looked at the counter again its granite I could still see dry drops of water... It had never even been wiped off!!!! I was so furious after they left I was over charged and it wasn't even cleaned properly. Will never use there service again.

This company was supposed to arrive at 1 pm. At 1:20 I called to make sure they were still coming and had the correct address. The lady told me they were late but would be here, she also said she called to let me know. I had not received a call so she said she must have dialed the wrong number and that she now has the right number. It is now 2:40 pm and they are 1 hour and forty minutes late and they aren't answering their phone. So much for this outfit.

Do not bother with Marlin Maid Services, this company is very unprofessional. They promote this incredible deal only to discover its a scam. I had rearranged my afternoon to wait for my scheduled appointment that I booked. Only to get a call 20 mins before to let me know they wont be coming to my home. Their excuse was they had too much work. They had all day to call me and reschedule. 20 mins before they are suppose to show up just to tell me they are not coming? That is very rude , unprofessional . Plus I left a message for the manger to call me back. Did they? Nope , no call back. But they did send me an email to let me know that it was "I" that missed the appointment. Talk about adding insult to injury ! Dont let this happen to you, I urge you call someone else !
