This is an absolute HORRIBLE repair place!!! Don’t waste your time! I wish I could post pictures on this. These A-holes destroyed 2 pairs of expensive shoes and then have the audacity to get rude with me!!! I will NEVER use Magic Shoe Repair again and would recommend you not even waste your time either! It was the store on Ranch Dr. (which is where they send out all the jobs other than a simple shoe shine) that did the damage and where I received the rude response. Great Job on the customer retention D-bags! They must have money to burn and business coming out of their ears to treat a customer that way… twice! Magic… yeah right, more like Black Magic! I’ll be driving past their store to be going to their competitor in Boca Park.
