Ms. Groover was quick on cashing my check but that was about all she did. The information I was seeking, she did not find. I doubt that she even attempted to answer my concerns. She never contacted me on the progress of the investigation and missed appointments she set up. Very disappointed on her unprofessionalism and lack of response.
