Loanex company lost my title to my car. When I went to pay my loan in full they told me they could not find it. It has been approx 6 months since then and they still have not recovered my title. They tell me each time to keep calling back they are working on it. They would not even began the process of trying to get my title until I paid the loan off in full. I have paid the loan in full and I still have not received my title. Prior to paying I wanted assurance they would get me my title. They only offered to repossess my car if I didn't pay.
