I finally found a program that works for my son (14) and that he is excited about. I spent a lot of money on other programs that were obviously only about money, but LMB actually got to the heart of my son's difficulties. After doing an intensive summer program, my son now does refresher programs and he is excited to go. He even voluntarily gave up part of his winter break to attend! To me, LMB is worth the cost.

Brought our son this summer. We did the reading program. What we weren't told was that the amount of time recommended was strictly a first round. After shelling out thousands of dollars we were informed we would need to give more money for our son to get the most out of their program. We were sorely disappointed and genuinely feel we were conned. Luckily the wonderful teachers at my son's school went to a workshop and will be working with my kid. Please be very wary.

The staff seemed uncertain what was going on this summer with my child. The man in charge of her case did not seem forthcoming about the progress and the testing showed this. Then I get a call later to retest so they can prove they had an off testing day. Scam.

We took our daughter to Lindamood-Bell because she was far, far behind her class in reading and comprehension and no one seemed to have the answer for how to help her. We had tried other tutoring services with no success. A friend of a friend recommended Lindamood-bell. We were a little put off by the price, but boy are we glad that we decided to do it. We noticed a difference within two weeks, and by the time 6 weeks was up, she was right up there with her class and actually enjoyed reading- and better yet, could understand what she was reading! I'd definitely recommend Lindamood-Bell to anyone who has a child who is having a hard time in school.
