Very un-organized the owner of the company I work for has used them for a few years new owners took over and there a mess our account is all over the place, last year they finally got it fixed so I thought and now its back to a mess, Staff doesn't have a clue. as far as the products its pretty good for the quality I guess, They would say we received items that we didnt, overcharged for reason unknown, PO didnt match orders. we ended up going someplace else with better quality products but more importantly .much more professional and knowledgeable.

I've purchased bulbs from these folks on a number of occasions over the last 6 years for my store. They always have what i need, in a major brand light bulb, instead of some imported junk,one commonly runs into. They price their products competitively and the counter staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They even had a piece of plastic custom fitted for me for an old light fixture in my office.

I dealt with this location when putting my garden lights up and was helped beyond my expectations, even with items I got from another store. Excellent service and better prices than I found anywhere in Las Vegas.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this company. Purchased a variety of bulbs for local retail store, had 3 duds out of the box, then another type several burned out in less than a week. Then they wouldn't return my calls for assistance - not recommended.
