CLOSED NOW - Opens at 8:00am

This is a poor excuse for a medical facility. I don't believe that the employees at this facility are even in the medical field. I went to urgent care for my 2 year old and we waited there for 3 1/2 hours and then doctor brought us in and gave my son fluids and a shot that isn't even administered anymore which I later found out from my pediatrician. My son was also prescribed medication that came in pill form and I researched it online and asked my pediatrician and found put that he is not suppose to even take this medication at his age. I ADVISE ANYBODY WHO IS CONSIDERING GOING HERE TO RETHINK YOUR DECISION AND RESEARCH SOME OTHER FACILITY TO GO TO!!!! BEWARE OF THIS FACILITY!!!

I had to wait 5 hours with a fever of 103. My wife brought me a lunch. The first 2 hours were in my car because there was nowhere to sit. The next 2 hours I spent in the office contemplating suicide over endless disney channel shows. They kept telling me i'd be helped right away. After finally seeing the doctor, I'd rather see a veterinarian.

I had an extremely well visit with this office. I was very ill and it turned out to be pneumonia. They cared for me with extreme patience and knowledge. Thank you Doctor Alfredo if wasnt for you I would be ill still. I have taken my children to this urgent care and they have always taken good care of them also. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This very same thing happened to me. It was right before a 3 day holiday and they were ready to go home even though they still had 15-20 min.before closing. I was extremely ill and really didn't want to go to emergency room. No choice. These guys are truly concerned with the financial gain only. The fact that they took a hypocratic oath means nothing!! Your pharmasist cares more about u and probably could help u more!!!

My son was in excrutiating pain on Tueday evening...he had stomach pain and I was very concerned about appendicitis...we stopped by this 'urgent care' about 8:40PM..their sign on the door indicates closes at 9PM and stop taking patients at 8:45...as I was approachig door, noticed that it was being locked...I knocked as I was sure that it was before 8:45...door was opened and I was told to go ahead and help my son out of the car since it was before the time...helped my son out of the car and approaced front door...was told at this time by someone in 'scrubs' (assumed it was a PA or Tech)that they were not going to see my son, cuz it was late and they had decideed to close early cuz they did not want to have to pay overtime...I begged him to reconsider, but was told that the doctor wasnot interested in seeing him cuz that would mean paying overtime and was told that if I was at a grocery store would I expect them to open up just for me? Said I wasnt buying groceries my son was ill...how

Do not go here. I was extremely dissapointed with this facility. Doctors are ignorant. You are better off going across the street to the ER at St. Rose Sienna.
