Jerry and his team do a fantastic job taking care of the customer! I was faced with a Kirby that was acting up and he took it on Christmas Eve and had it ready to go the day after Christmas!!!! Good job! A good family owned local small business - I am a customer for life.

in 2006 kirby service of las vegas relocated across the street for cheaper rent. Another vacuum shop took overhis old address. he was claiming that kirby service oflas vegas moved out of town not knowing we were acrossthe street he took many customers he was a dishonestperson and took money from customers and didn't evenfix their machine. I finally had to call the kirby corporationfor fraudulant usage of the kirby name and what he wasdoing to the customers. lawyers contacted him and he wasforced to remove it all. if we would of fixed her vacuum itwould of been fixed if we couldn't of fixed it we would of reccommended another vacuum store.

this vacuum company is the best great customer servicefree estimates, all supply available, great prices, veryhonest guys. and fast service. go to them for any vacuumissues.

this company is diffently not a fruadulant company they do good honest work they arevery knowledgeable about the kirby vacumms and i wouldn't take mine anywhere else whoever said something about fradulant should remove that statement are you sure you wentto kirby service of las vegas on charleston and upland in the Tap house bars shoppingcenter or did you go somewhere else? these people have good prices quick turn outs andexcellent customer service ability and the owner is so funny and a great joker I think youwent to the wrong store. and if you did go to this store people do make minor mistake theycorrected didn't they and charged you alot cheaper than what they quoted you.

I took my vacumm in to replace the belt. Beyond the broken belt, it was in perfect working order. After they replaced the belt, the technician didn't even plug it in to check his work. I thought that was strange, but I didn't press the issue. When I got home and tried to use my vacuum it made a noise that was louder than my neighbor's motorcycle. I called the shop, and immediately the technician was trying to come up excuses why it wasn't his fault. I took my vacuum back to the shop. The technician asked what it was doing. I told him to turn it on and find out. He said he would not turn it on until after he had taken it apart again. After he took it apart again he said that the roller was broken, and that it wasn't his fault. Instead of making any effort whatsoever to fix the problem and satisfy the customer, this pathetic excuse of a man put all his energy into denying his own culpability. Don't give this place any business! They are INCOMPETENT FRAUDS!!!

I was surperized about the FREE estimates. Two other repair centers quoted me about $200.00 to fix my moter, they did it for $75.00 and gave me a year warrany. I was very happy, recomend to all.
