YOU HAVE PISS POOR SERVICE! After having to make the seventh (I repeat seventh) call to the circulation desk for not having received my paper in a period of less than a month, I spoke with the your representative at the circulation desk. He apologized and explained of a "glitch" in the Henderson area, and explained that he was not sure why it was continuing, but many calls had been received from Henderson. At this point I have cancelled my subscription. Your management should be FIRED!!!
