Susan Gaines. This is the reason we had an issue with this company. Here are just a FEW of the reasons: She will rent properties with pre-existing conditions, and will charge you (unless you have proof), she will not answer crucial phone calls or texts in regards to the home, she will return your security deposit past the thirty days (which is illegal), she will deduct charges from your security deposit in regards to pre-existing conditions(we had proof, so she had to refund us what she wrongfully took out), she answers her bosses phone, so that you may not get ahold of him to express your concerns. She is unprofessional and cusses at her daughter over the phone in the office (they are both realtors). When we moved in we also found out that the handy man is her boyfriend (scary thought?). Last, but not least, you have to use HER carpet cleaner (even scarier thought). Rent was paid on the first of the month, every month, yard was professionally taken care of weekly, carpets were cleaned regularly, and she still attempted to take advantage of us. We received all of our deposit back, but it wasn't easy, and we want to make sure no one else has to go thru what we went thru. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS INDIVIDUAL. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

DO NOT RENT From this company! We will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau regarding the property on Draco Cir in LAs Vegas. Do not work with Joan Chung she is very unprofessional, rude, and will not respond professionally. This company also claimed they deep cleaned the house before we moved it, we later found out that JOAN did it herself. AKA Joan's Cleaning Company. Joan is the Property Manager I do not recommend doing any sort of business with her or Las Vegas Realty, LLC. It was a major hassle to get anything fixed, checked out, or worked on while living in this home. I am very disappointed in this companies treatment of their tenants. We will be working with an attorney regarding this issues that occurred while living at this property. We will be letting our friends and family know not to do business with Las Vegas Realty LLC and JOAN CHUNG in the future.

Really terrible with managing our properties. Payments were very inconsistent. Definitely would not recommend this company as a property manager.

Just moved here about a month ago from the East Coast. They worked with me on finding a place before I moved despite a few credit issues. Very upfront and nice people. No complaints here.

Very nice people in office, easy to deal with, follow through with work orders and repairs. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy or rent property. We are very happy with the company and maintenance personnel. Love our place and the area we moved to.

Unprofessional staff that gives you the run around and never call back on a timely manner. They did not handle business on a timely manner like their contract states. When you call to ask what is going on with payments, one employee will tell you one thing and when you speak to their supervisor it is a completely different story. It was more of a headache dealing with them, then it would have been if I hadn't hired them for property management. I regret entering a contract with them when I have worked with a much more professional staff and company in the past. I would not recommend this company for anyone looking for someone to manage their rental property.

Very unprofessional and lacking real estate company. Was renting from them but such a bad company even owner of property left them to handle leasing of property.
