Ashley did a terrible job in managing our property. After her employee quit it got from bad to worse. Seems she is the only one working there now. She never send monthly statements on her own. (Have to keep asking her for them over and over again) Ignores emails not responds to them. Never ever answers her phone, she not likes to talk to unhappy clients. She only responds to text messages. She always uses the same repair company NOCA where will charge you almost $300 for whatever it is. $300 is the amount Ashley keeps for making repairs on the home, without informing landlord or getting estimates.

She not enforces lease on the tenant even tenant is responsible according her lease. As Landlord you stuck with the bill and if you try to complain to her about it, she just gives you the silent treatment.
