this place is fantastic i love coming here my dog gets so excited when we pull up pet spa made me feel like family!

I LOVE THIS SHOP!!!!! i just moved here with my dogs from mass. i loved my old groomer back home and was hoping to find one here id love just as much and Mrs helene put my mind to ease i have 3 dogs she took care of them and did exactly what i wanted done. and also took my babies for a walk to go potty GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! so in love with this shop!

so in love with this shop! they treated me like family! took my 3 dogs there and they looked beautiful! took them for walks and fed them these people are amazing!

my dogs joe and sam loved the groomers at las vegas pet spa, and they looked and smelled great too.

I am very happy to find groomers who do a great job and really seem happy to be doing it thanks for making my two dogs sam and joe look and feel so good see you next month

My dog always comes home looking great . you guys do such a good job. I always get complements from others when they see my dog after being groomed with you. I recommend you guys to anyone who has a dog!

yesterday was my first day taking my dog here and i'm telling u I loved the way my dog turned out they did such a good job! I would recommend this shop to everyone!

I have been going to the pet spa for a while now and every time i have always left satisfied my dog has always left looking pretty. The first time I took her to them she was so nervous to be there it made me nervous but when I picked her up she was so happy. The groomers and the owner are always so sweet and kind my dog and I. I couldn't imagine taking my dog anywhere else!

Please DO NOT bring your pet to this terrible place. After picking my dog up from a routine grooming, I had to rush him to the vet. He had been choked so badly that it left bruising. His eye was so damaged that the white surrounding his iris was purple and swollen!!! He was admitted to the vet where he was hooked up to an I.V to stop his eye from swelling shut.. I will be filing legal action against the owner of pet spa. Be warned, If you love your animal, DO NOT let Helen Behring or any of her staff at PET SPA near them!! Formally known as Silverado Puppies Plus.

These people below that are saying all these bad things about this place must be CRAZY!!!! this place is soooo nice and my dog loves the groomers so much. i have brought him other places and they have told me that he is the worst to groom and that they have had to muzzle him. At this place he always comes out wagging his tail and so happy. if he is so happy here i really wonder what they were doing at the other places to make him that way. i really love this place and WOULD NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

I have been looking for a decent groomer who can make my little maltese look cute. I finally found a groomer who has style and who is patient with my dog. She had the cuties hand made bows I ever seen and a hair style that made her look like if she was ready for hollywood. I love my new groomer and the salon :)

Lousy service, lousy groomers. I will never take my dog back to this place again. The owner is very rude, and tends to butt in when not needed. My dog came back home, terrified and shaking nonstop. I knew from just walking in that it felt very awkward. I heard many bad stories about this place recently. When I requested one of the two groomers that used to be there, the owner, blatantly, lied and said she was in, booked my appointment with my groomer, then turned and gave my dog to a different groomer! When I asked where my groomer was the owner told me she had moved to Texas! I didn't find any of this out until after I picked my dog up! They completely messed up what I wanted. I never asked for my dog's coat to be trimmed. He only gets baths and brushes. But they trimmed him and he looked HORRIBLE! They took a lot of length off of him! I was lied to, an got a lousy service. I found my original groomer, and she does not live in Texas, she works down the street from where I am.

I was amazed at how good my 2 poodles looked when I picked them up. They looked better than ever before. Pearly white coats perfectly trimmed and shaped. I will definately be brining my kids back here.

I would highly recommend going here. My girl is very difficult to deal with. Groomers in the past have absolutely refused to do her. Not only did they take care of her here, she came home looking and smeling beautiful.

I took my irish setter there yesterday and she came back beautiful. They do beautiful work. Highly recommend this place.

i have a boxer and a shih-tzu and just let me tell you that i have taken them to many different places to be groomed and I have never seen them look so good. My boxer sheds sooo much and they used the furminatur shampoo on her and my couches are very happy :) It is a beautiful place and reminds me very much of the spa( like the name states). i really do recomend this to everyone!!!

They took care of my long hair dashound. Her coat was really matted and they bathed her and brushed out all of the knots! She looked fantastic and they even brushed her teeth! I won't take her anyplace else, she was happy and not afraid after the grooming.

I needed them top brush out my husky's winter coat. She came back terrified fro 3 days we couldn't figure out why until we found the scabs all down her back from the comb they used. I would never go there again.

We were looking for a nice place to bring our little Yorkie to get a hair cut and bath. My wife and I have trouble getting our dog groomed because she is tiny we worry. Found Las Vegas Pet Spa on Eastern. We were greeted and helped as soon as we walked in the door by the owner, Helene. She was very helpful, and understood exactly how we wanted our little girl cut. We received a call letting us know it was time to pick her up, which was nice. Could not have been happier with the result. Hair was cut just the way my wife wanted it. By far the best experience I have had with pet grooming! Friendly staff, great service, and we got 5 dollars off for our first visit. I am glad we found a place we can trust.
