I was recently looking for a dentist and come across Las Vegas Center For Cosmetic and what can I say..
my teeth was a mess after a car crash. I had also not seen a dentist in 5 years so I needed a good clean and replace of some fillings. After my fist visit I found out I needed a lot of work.. they was very helpful and broke down my cost and it was not cheap but they made it very easy for me to pay on every visit but it is worth the money. They do a great job of all aspects of my treatment and our still working on me now.. My Dentist
Is amazing she makes me fill like there is nothing to worry about and would recommend her to anyone that wants a good dentist and a good job. I can trust her on everything she dose and always makes me fill like there is not anything to worry about.. if I have pain she fixes me up and dose what is needed her name is Tamsyn Burkett and as for her amazing assistant Magus who always make me fill great and likes to have a joke and take my mind of what is happing in my mouth. I would highly recommend both of them to anybody that needs a good dentist.. always ask for them and you will not be let down.. As for the office staff they all amazing as they don't make me wait around and our always very helpful and what ever is needed they try to make it happen like always getting me in on there busy days and still seeing me to get all
My jobs done.

Worst dental office ever

I am so upset what this office has done to my billing acct. I forward my Ins. info 3 wks prior to appt. When I arrived they didnt have it verified and they made me pay for it upfront. Then they wouldnt reinburst me until my insurance paid them een though they had verified I had 2 insurance companys. This receptionist (Alma) kept blaming management for not getting my refund and the other receptionist for not having my insurance info verified, even though I knew she was lying as soon as she instructed me not to tell the other receptionists anything about the billing error because they wouldnt be able to assist me and she was going to take care of it. At the time of my appt. The other receptionist knew about it and refunded my money right there! She stated she would handle my acct from now on. Dentist and hygentist were nice but we had to visit the office 3 times till they finally had my son's spacer the correct size and my crown completed. They upgraded my crown for the inconvenience and I thought it was finally over....Now one month later. My insurance wants to know why I have $3100 worth of dental work just me! This is not including my son's treatment. I just had cleaning and a crown replaced!!!! I now have to fax over explanations to both insurance companies and talk to dentist office again to fix this MESS!!!!! Looks like they double charged me for one day! I dont think they thought my insurance would notice. I will NEVER return to this dentist nor will I ever recommend anyone to go to this office!!! This is the worst dentist I have ever visited and its all because of their billing dept. I have never spoken to a manager or a supervisor, the receptionist just stated "they" do apologize for my bad experiences.....It's not worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This issue was resolved long ago. The patient was confused about how her dual insurance coverage works. To our knowledge all issues have been taken care of. This is an unfortunate issue that we would like to offer some clarification on. Alma is no longer employed with our office. Our policy is to verify clients insurance to better assist the client with this burden. When dealing with two insurances, the insurance companies sometimes make things difficult for there policy holders. The only payment that was requested, was the standard patient co-payment portion. As soon as we where made aware of the insurance issue we responed immediatly. We could not know the exact amount of the overpayment refund until both insurance companies processed the paperwork. Insurance companies tend to drag this out. Regarding the son's space maintainer, it is the laboratory that fabricates these appliances. This process is out of our control. We have never double charged anyone, and have no idea why the insurance company is confused. We have not received any communcation from the either insurance company requesting clarification. We would be happy to assist in this matter. We have always been a customer service driven practice. The majority of our new clients are reffered by existing clients.
