Kim at Lantana Apartments helped me find the right apartment for my needs! She was very concise and clear about what was available at this facility. She is very professional and organized and is a very good rep., for this property.

Please do not subject yourself and family to this project apartment complex. If you can't get an apt anywhere else; then Lantana is the place to come. My husband got this apt while I packed to move from Chicago. I could not believe someone would seriously rent a place in this condition. They don't show you the apartment you are renting until you sign the lease. Then you learn you have to pay for community water and the upkeep of the grounds and several other additional charges on a separate bill you receive from them. I learned my husband also has to pay extra each month for a new carpet. It's very very cheap quality. As is the white washed paint used to paint every thing from walls to bathtubs. Roaches do come with the apartments as do a very dirty outer area. Don't Do It! Unless You Are Desperate.
