I feel deceived by this new administration that just changed, I took two days for the broken air conditioning and sleep with very hot because they have not gone to fix. Zoila apt 62

GO AWAY from this apartments and if you rent after reading this dont cry later since i move in i gave them the sheet to fix some issues they said they have 72 hrs to do so but they always takes weeks to send someone just to take a look and never come back then go back to the office and the big boobie girl just says i'm sorry the fat chola nasty girl she treats ppl very rude and dont give a f u c k at all she is just waiting for her paycheck that the only thing she does oh and I seen her very often with guys inside the office locked up and trying ti hide when someone tries to knock at the door I dont care to break my lease wich I think I'm doing after I receive something important in the mail and take my money to a nice place and with leasing consultants that have a life enjoy it and happy to have a job to help others and of course get compensate from it.

No, no, no, never! This is absolutely the worst, overpriced, cockroach/rodent filled, drug abused apartment complex in the entire Las Vegas valley. Google Lake Sahara Las Vegas shooting 2012! This place is deteriorating from the ground up. Management is a huge problem, if you tell them about something they will just take a note of it and take months to come to your apartment or call for a follow-up but that doesnt mean that they will fix it right then and there. Other apartment tenants are breaking their leases and complaining to neighbors like me about their problems so take it from an insider on how you DO NOT WANT TO MOVE HERE!!!! Parking used to be assigned and then switched to unassigned and now people who do not even live here are parking in front of my apartment in my old assigned space and then complain when you tell them so. The children out here run rampant and seem like they are from a ghetto and do not strive for an education which is sad because the high school is right across the street. These people let their children have large parties and play loud thumping music starting at 6 in the morning and ending at 2 in the morning! This is unacceptable. I work all day and cannot sleep due to the music! My apartment needs maintenance and cannot be completed because their management ignores request or states the problem has been fixed as if the tenants are nuisances when they bring a problem to their attention. I do not feel safe at night, they painted the outside to bring a facade to their horrible interiors and burned out lights at night and management is two-faced! They have smiles and are nice and as soon as there is a problem they instantly become clueless! They supposedly have laundry rooms but only three has functional dryers for 400 apartments! Do not move here I heard them scream at someone asking for their deposit because he ended his lease and she denied his claim! I cannot remember all of the problems due to actually having other more importing things to do today besides finding time to help other people not move into this place with a friend helping me translate it into spanish! Ridiculous!



No, no, no jamas! Estos apartamentos son los mas peores, lleno de cucarachas/ratones, insectos, gente que abusa drogas y con precios demasiado altos en todo el valle de Las Vegas. Este lugar esta rompiendo de abajo hasta arriba! Con los duenos y los gerentes hay un gran problema, si les dice algo, ellos no mas escriben unas notas y vienen muchos muchos meses despues o llaman para verificar que si hay un problema pero no quiere decir que lo arregla. Otros ocupantes estan rompiendo sus contratos para salir y quejando a otros vecinos como yo sobre los problemas que tengan! Tengan cuidado de alguien que vive aca, ay demasiados problemas y no vale la pena vivir en este lugar!!! Los estacionamientos antes eran asignados y recien ya no y hay gente de otros lados que estacionan enfrente de mi apartamento! Los ninos aca corren libre como si no tuvieron padres, parece un pueblo, y no van a la escuela que esta aca enfrente los desgraciados! Hay musica muy fuerte que empieza en la madrugada hasta medianoche o mas tarde! Trabajo por todo el dia y no puedo dormir a veces por la musica! Mi apartamento necesita reparaciones y cuando voy a la oficina a contarles que es lo que ha pasado siento como si les molesto por como me miran. No siento agusto en la noche y han pintado afuera todos los edificios pero nada ni esta arreglado adentro ni afuera y hay poca luz en la noche! Supuestamente hay lavandarias pero solo un cuarto tiene solo 3 secadoras para 400 apartamentos! No movan aca por favor! Yendo a arreglar un llave de bano que sirvo por mas que 3 meces aunque les habia dicho cuando paso pero nadie vino, la gerenta esta explicando a un hombre que no le iba a dar su deposito porque no tenian fundos para eso! Que horror!
