Robert the operation manager at the West Flamingo office has made referance to my age several times in the last month August 2009.I was put on a work ticket, with a return date of the next day. The ticket was reduced to ten workers, Robert took me off the ticket, and said "They requested someone younger". I have showed up every day (Monday thru Friday) at 5:00 A.M. I average 5-6 hours of work a week. Today 8-24-09, Robert made another remark about my age and a work assignment tonight, at Thomas/Mack. I said "Robert, Do me a favor, Don't make any more remarks about my age". He said "Fair enough". There were two of his office workers that heard him make a remark about my age. For the last month I have been showing up, Robert has made several remarks about my age. Robert has no problem teating people badly, a lot of verbal abuse. He has no problems showing favoritisum in reguarding to making job assignments. Short of filling a formal complaint with the Federal Government, The Company sho
