if i had my choice i wouldn't even rate it.. am so disappointed with the chairs i bought. Paid 850 for each and stupid me bought 2 because i heard lazy boy had good furniture. Far from the truth. First set of recliners i bought had to be taken back and rebuilt due to chairs not sitting straight (very uneven) and material not put on properly. Bagged in places and some of the back of chair wasn't even upholstered. then i get my new ones and when you recline in them on each arm there is a sharp piece of wood ready to poke its way out so if you continue to put your arms on chair which you do right? the material will eventually rub a hole to the wood. all they needed to do was take a piece of sandpaper and smooth the edges of wood. had the guy come to look at the chairs again to resolve this problem and he couldn't believe it. so have been waiting 2 months to see what they are going to do about chairs and the person on phone said the guy never found anything wrong with them... needless to say i was speechless...long story short they are sending another guy over to look..... I would NEVER buy from them again or recommend getting furniture from them again. had better luck with furniture at walkers...
