i accompanied my mom on her new car purchase. This is her 3rd vehicle and first from L.A.MOTORS as she just moved here from out of state. These guys were definitely the best of the USED CAR dealerships we've dealt with.

Our salesman was kerry and he was fantastic. Personable, funny, and at no point in time was he pushy. He went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible and ensure that my mom was happy. He even bought us each a cup, even though I'm a loyal Lexus driver. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a car from this dealership. Between my own and my mother's many car purchases he was top 2 from any dealership, brand of car, or location that I've dealt with.

My only complaint isn't really even a complaint, more of a suggestion for the dealership as a whole. Vegas is a melting pot for people from all over the country and the world. I've lived in five states now and Nevada is the first that doesn't include license and registration in the cost of the car. This was definitely strange to both my mom and I, so finding out there was an extra almost $300 out of pocket to register the car was a bit of a surprise.

Overall, great experience. kerry gets 5 stars. The missing star is only because I think the dealership as a whole (in no way does this reflect kerry attitude)

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!! They will screw you over! They sold me a car with a bad transmission and not even 4hrs after driving it off the lot the car started "stuttering" They told me to bring it in to their repair facility and they had my car for 3 weeks just to give it back to me in the same exact condition! Now they told me to contact the shop that they have a contract with to fix their cars because since they did the repair they have to fix it due to the work being under warranty. I was on a waitlist for a loan for 2 months so I can take in my car and then when I call in to see the status I find out that the guy that was running the repair facility was fired due to miss-managing the place (their words). So they had me contact the shop directly because their not capable of doing their job! And now they don't want to provide me with a loan while their contracted shop repairs my car because FRED feels like its "Not our responsibility"! I was even told by an employee by the name of RENE that I should of lied to my bank and told them that the car messed up on its own so that they would fix my car! THEY ARE ALL CROOKS and The Manager is a A-Hole that has even called me at work threating to pick up my car and keep $500 out of the $2,000 that I put down! This place deserves for its business license to be taken away! STAY AWAY!!!!
