One of the hostess of the place was very rude when I was there for school reunion gatherings just recently. I was asked to leave the place if I was done with my lunch .She actually said that more guests still in line waiting to dine in.She was even looking at me like I was not a guest of the event as well.What a shamed on her part to treat a guest like that!!!This kind of attitude towards your customers would practically affects your business.Needs big time major reconstruction of customer service relationship.
