Great 4 News! Not 4 listening to complaints. Their "hotline" has volunteers, only & NOBODY- ever answers the line! Feel lucky, if U get a call back, or resolution! I've tried 4 a yr., & I did get a couple of emails that I thought , showed me, they were interested in my case. All I got was to be directed to the NV State Contractors Board. I did that. It got me nowhere but, another headache! After citing JET TUCKER CONSTRUCTION, INC. w/ 22 different citiations against them... because they did SO MUCH WRONG @ my home...(and more, that the board never bothered to cite them for, due to they refused to use the pictures I took, & other items I WAS FORCED TO FIX & PAY FOR, DUE TO GAS CO., CITING ME- FOR HAZARDOUS... AIR DUCT 4 MY DRYER, THEY REMOVED, & STUCCOED OVER)!! tHE CITY GAVE ME BAD- SUBCONTRACTORS, put cancer causing roofing materials, on my roof,- I've got the pics to prove it- now my airconditioning, IS OUT! I AM DISABLED, AND GOING THROUGH THIS CRAP! ANY ATTY, WANTS MONEY DOWN-I DON'T HAVE, I, need help! Before, I sent channel 13, last summer, ALL OF THE PROOF THEY NEEDED!! WHY THEN, DIDN'T THEY get back to me? Appropriately? Channel 13, has NOT- been on my side!! Why? This has been an urgent- situation. I- due to the City's negect (Gilbert Medina) have to have surgery on my foot, again. HE- forced me to pick up boxes( not in my contract with the city), in my home, and move them into, and out of, the 40 ft POD HE PLACED, IN FRONT OF MY HOME, during the construction. I, have him on tape- microcassette- telling me, if I don't move those boxes, HE WILL, STOP THE CONSTRUCTION! Not rite to do, to a person, whom HE KNOWS, has a titanium plate in her neck, back, & has had 8- operations, to be able to walk again. HE KNEW, I was in a wheelchair, for about a yr., from an awful accident, in 2006. My roommate & I did it, She now- has back, & leg problems! She NEVER- did b4! He met me, in Feb., of 2011. I, was in my bed, recovering from my last operation. Due to him, that has to be redone, now! He forced me to overcarry too much weight on my feet. That is in my Dr's records, all over them. In many of my other Dr's records, as well. I have suffered neck, & back issues as well, as a result of the City of Henderson's neglect, & how Gilbert Medina handled himself.

However, Channel 13, did nothing- to help me.
