The staff is EXTREMELY RUDE. My friends and I came for piercings. It was pretty busy due to the $5 piercings, but I don't mind cause it's a deal! When we walked in there was no one to greet us, then I happen to see a customer talking to someone in the a office like closet and she just was ignoring them as they were trying to ask her how to fill the paperwork out correctly. When she finally decided to get up and help the line that was accruing she was not polite. She seemed very rushed and never smiled. She talked to the customers very derogatory in a nasty tone. Then as we're waiting to get the actually piercing the artists are just rushing. Yelling out names, not even trying to say them correctly, giving about 30 seconds for a place filled of people to get to front of the shop where they are doing the piercings. Once I got my piercing done, it was smooth and my piercing came out correctly but for the service that was provided I will NEVER come back or recommend someone here!

Got my tongue pierced yesterday at Koolsville. The guy who pierced my tongue was very matter of fact & to the point. He also told me how to take care of it..it's healing pretty quickly! They all have this tough, intimidating demeanor but at the same time very professional. Casper is HOT!! Haha

i have gotten all of my piercings done here, they were nice and friendly (thumbs up no problems over here)

My piercings were great but the service not so much.. They were all pretty rude and seemed annoyed with every question you ask. The piercer did not give any instruction on how to take care of and maintain the piercings.

*Beware* The reviews are fake!! I was devasted the ppl treated me like crap. They didn't want to answer any questions. The guy that helped me was mean,aggressive, and intimidating just really do some research....I found out the hard way. When I say just rude ..well good luck the reviews r there saying the same thing but I didn't read until after.. Not so smart

Hello i just wanna inform everybody, that us at Koolsville have made a change and we got rid of all our negative people. Stop on by to our location and visit our new crew and see the great environment it is we have here. Great tattoo artists and piercers to..hope to see you all soon

THIS IS A GREAT AND AFFORDABLE TATTOO SHOP. IT HAS A GREAT AND FRIENDLY STAFF. THE SHOPS ARE ALWAYS CLEAN. ITS THE ONLY SHOP IN VEGAS TO BE 100% DISPOSABLE. FROM THE NEEDLES ,TUBES TO THE FORECEPS AND PIERCING NEEDLES.

THEY MIGHT BE A GOOD SHOP IF YOU COULD COMMUNICATE WITH THEM NOT EVERYBODY IS UP ALL NIGHT TO WAIT FOR THEM TO OPEN LEAVE A GREETING ON VOICE MAIL TO GIVE A LITTLE

My daughter and I got our belly buttons pierced today and the piercer gave us crooked piercings. Both piercings came out so far off to the side that we had to take them out. Totally ruined my daughters first piercing experience. This was the 3rd time I have had my belly button done, so I know this is not normal. The man who did the piercing offered to fix it for free. Not gonna happen. No refunds so i am out $20 each piercing and a $10 tip. He never gave us a mirror to check before we left. Honestly, I would NEVER have him fix it. It should have been done right the first time. If you can't pierce straight, you shouldn't be piercing. Koolsville tattoos are great, but the man who has black hair a mustache and is about 50 with black frame glasses sucks at piercing... We also went back to show him how bad he messed up and all he could say was "Wow, I messed up. Sorry no refunds."
