We've rented most our lives and this is the best experience we've ever had from a rental management team. They are super professional and seem like they actually care. If something breaks they are out to fix it quickly.

We like our home and the staff there seems pretty nice.

I have been renting from king tuts for over 3 years. Nothing but upstanding men and women at the company who have bent over backwards to help me and my family out.

The longer I rent from them. The more I am impressed with them. They are quick to respond to any issues and very easy to get a hold of. I will hopefully one day own my own home but until then they are a great option.

I have rented from them for 8 months and have no complaints. If there's anything I need fixed they come right away. Management is kind and always looking to help.

The best rental homes and property management in Vegas. We have rented all our lives from various companies and they have been by far the best experience. The staff over there is so kind and actually treats you with respect. It's honestly refreshing.

I have loved renting from king futts. Sort of a weird name though. Anyways our home was well maintained before we moved in and the staff has been very easy to work with.

We love this home. An added bonus is that it has a pool that was very well maintained before we moved in. THis thing comes in handy in the summer. The kids love it!

We have rented from them on and off for about 10 years. No major issues. The homes we rented were well taken care of and management is pretty decent.

We just moved in and the house is in great shape. The whole process of renting was easy. There's a few things you need to rent from them but it all got taken care of and we were in to one of their rental properties in no time.

We've been renting from futts for 5 years and have only had a few problems. Range and fridge went out, not at the same time but during the 5 years and they came and replaced them in a timely manner. Other than that, they've been great to rent from. I have had the pleasure of getting to know some of the management and they are nice and respectful.
