The director is very very rude and unprofessional.... she dont care about my child and she treathen me and discriminate me and my child.... beware, this is the worst or the worst daycare in las vegas

We signed up our kids at the silverado campus and the first day we took them, we used the code at the door to enter an unlit building only to find that there was no one at the front desk and that the 1 person they had there to watch all the kids that were dropped off that morning barely spoke or understood English. That same afternoon we went to pick our son up and they couldn't find his bottle and when they did it was missing the inner filter. The next day we took him. We went to pick him up and he was dirty from head to toe and covered in snot. The teacher let us he had a big knot on the back of his head like it wasn't a big deal and couldn't tell us how it happened. When we complained, they acted like it was nothing out of the ordinary and wouldn't give us the contact information to the owners so we could make a formal complaint. I do not recommend anyone rake there kids here. The place is dirty with bad supervision and improper ratios between teachers and kids. It's even more of a shame that the agencies responsible for monitoring these places are so relaxed in there practice. This place should be closed down.
