Shoen bought Kelly Callahans half interest in Kellys Pipe & Supply Co., Inc. in September 1970. George Shoen then acquired 100% of the stock from Herb Turnbull in June 1985. A sale of operating business assets, and ongoing business, occurred on April 1, 1993, between Kellys PipeSupply Co., Inc. and Bradley S. Shoen, Inc. dba Kellys Pipe Supply Co.
