Very disappointed with this company. They were dispatched by my Home Warranty company to diagnose and repair my refrigerator. My freezer stopped working earlier that day and food was defrosting. The technician showed up, found that the coils needed to be cleaned which was not covered by my Home Warranty. He quoted me an additional $90 over the $60 service call and did not have the equipment required to do the job! He told me he could not return until the following afternoon! When I told him I had over $400 worth of food in the freezer he shrugged!



I called another company who came out and completed the job for $65. This company was very surprised that an appliance repairman would show up without the equipment required to service a common problem. I will never call these people and caution others to look elsewhere.
