LONG STORY SHORT, I needed information from my 2014 tax return, that my mother filed for me via Julie, to file my 2015 tax return. I attempted calling Julie to retrieve it, left a message, waited over a week and tried calling again. She was very rude when we spoke and hung up on me before I could ask my final question. I tried recalling her and was ignored, twice. I informed my mother, as Julie is her tax-preparer, of the situation and asked if she could be of assistance. Minutes later my mom called me to let me know that she got ahold of Julie, who told her that she was tired of giving me the information, had spoken to me on several occasions, is very annoyed at this point and will send my tax information if I pay $25 for it. While I understand wanting to get paid for your time, there was ABSOLUTELY no reason to lie. None whatsoever.
