Provided by YP.comJo Ann Fabrics referred me to Donna Kennedy (https://plus.google.com/https://plus.google.com/109858674500955025197/posts?cfem=1/posts?cfem=1) who was supposed to fix curtains for me but instead stole the materials, kept the deposit and refused to return calls ever again. I do not recommend accepting referrals from Jo Ann Fabrics!
