Honest auto shop that made me a happy customer on short notice. I called them to schedule some maintenance, which they did. In the process though, they found some other things that could have been dangerous and they were willing to work on it right away. Have been driving around with the car for a little bit now and I even noticed that the fuel efficiency of my vehicle went up about 25%.



All in all, great shop that I'll be taking my car to from now on.

I asked a question and they became very defensive, rude, used an excuse "we don't speak english". I will avoid this shop due to the lack of "Service".

I don't know what happened here but I used to go all the time but recently the prices went up and quality went down. Their office manners are not very gracious, but it is an auto shop so it's almost expected I'd say. I think I'll be giving Asian Imports (on west Charleston) a try on my next servicing.

Mr. Tanaka has been taking care of all my cars for years. I don't trust anyone else. He has consistently been able to detect the source of problems that other mechanics could not. When I've come to him suggesting to replace something, he has honestly told me that I could wait, or that I could do something less costly. When my car's problems have not been something that he could help me with, he always refuses to let me pay for the diagnostic work-up he did! There are many other times he refuses to take my money! I often end up getting him gift certificates as thank you gifts because I don't think he asks for what is fair to him. He and his wife are amazingly honorable people.

These people are truly Family, Japanese Family!. They use only O.E.M. Parts and go the extra mile (like running Oil through your motor if the oil they get out is beyond reproach.Trust Keita San. He will do you right.

Mr Tanaka and staff are awesome. They are the most friedly and honest auot shops is town. I sent my mon who is 78 years old and they never took advantage and now he services all my cars and I highly recomend his shop to all my freinds.
