I went into this shop around 5 times, 2 times I did not have that many issues (besides literally having to argue about the price, they were trying to overcharge me) this last time they refused to give me the drink i ordered - triple espresso over ice with vanilla and cream saying it was a latte (even thought the same drink was on their menu at the price i ordered) or give me my money back when i said I didnt want that drink. LUCKILY I called their corperate office where i got my money back, and the owner of the store will be contacted about the situation seeing as the manager REFUSED to give me the info!
