Where should I start, I took my vehicle to Israel's Transmission to get my transmission rebuild. The day after I picked up my SUV it started making noise, like something was loose. I took it back they blamed it on the suspension. So i got it looked at, everything is good, noise continued. I took it back for a second time, now its the muffler and they stated "we tighten it up". Drove it for a mile it started making noise again. A couple of months later it started leaking oil. I took it back to fix that and reminded him about the noise they didn't fix. A month later the transmission started to slip and the check engine light was on. I took it back, they kept my vehicle for 4 1/2 days. They said everything is good when i picked it up....after driving 2 miles the check engine light came on and it wouldn't down shift. All this happened within 5 months. F@%king fed-up with their lies, inexperience....get a lawyer..if you are looking to get a transmission stay away from this place.

This Place is the worst in Las Vegas. They kept my truck for over a week and when I got it back it had a C.E.L. light on the dash. Had to take it back the next day, because the center bearing had not properly been put on. It took 14 months to get the C.E.L. light to go off. They had a mechanic come in and adjusted my timing because it would not start.That's what started the problem.Now just 2 years later,my transmission is irreparable.I have contacted the owners about this problem and have had no reply by email even though it says on their website they will reply within one business day.When contacted by phone ,I was rudely told that it was my fault for not having it serviced every 6 months ( something I was never told). Now ,I find out they never gave me a rebuilt transmission at all, They put a bandaid on my old one and put it back in . I will post my story on every site I can and contact the contractors board.This is Fraud!!!

This is the WORST Transmission shop in Las Vegas. The owner is SSooooooo untrustworthy. They say that they do work that they actually don't do. This experience was one for the books. If you like honest and good work - this is not the place to go. On a scale of 1-10 - I would give them a 3. No hard feelings but I don't want the next person to waist time going through what I already went through.

I wish there was a way to rate them with negative stars. They "repaired" a transmission. The transmission started giving us problems within a couple of days. It was leaking most of the transmission fluid. The vehicle was taken back but they continue to find one excuse after another as to why they are not able to repair it. Israel's has kept the vehicle for a week now and still no resolution. Please stay away from them. They seem like a legitimate repair shop and act professional only at the beginning. They lack the qualified personnel to do the repairs correctly. If they screw up or can't get the job done right, they will blame it on the type of vehicle. Again, please stay away and go with a dependable transmission repair shop. The cost difference is not worth the aggravation of dealing with them. STAY AWAY. BTW, the positive reviews are fabricated by owners! They are the same people on all the rating websites and made the same day.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THERE WORK, THEY HAD ME IN AND OUT WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. THEY ARE EXPERIENCED AND VERY ATTENTIVE TO DETAIL. EVEN AFTER MY REPAIRS THEY WASHED MY VEHICLE AS A COURTESY WHICH I WAS VERY GREATFUL AND SURPRISED. OVERALL A+

They keep your car for ages, they are dishonest and never return any phone calls!
