PLEASE forget my last post. the serviceman arrived minutes after i posted and was a true professional. he diagnosed the problem and fixed the AC then examined he entire system for future problems. the service rep was friendly, informative and thourough. sorry i was so rash. it seems that they were shorthanded due to illness of other of other service reps.again, please disregard my last post. yes i would use them again without hesitation.

i called to make an appointment for my AC to be serviced. i was told that i would be the FIRST one the next afternoon. i called the service coordinator the next afternoon and was told i'm "NEXT". it is now 5:06 PM and i'm still waiting for a call. the service coordinator said i'm "NEXT" on the list. i thought i was "next/first" on the list since she told me yesterday. POOR SCHEDULING. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE PROMOSES UNKEPT. next time i'll look up dependable and reputable business on www.yelp.com
