How these people are not in jail is beyond me. I've done everything possible to get what I paid them for and they ripped me off, wont' answer phone,emails NOTHING!!!! i WISH i KNEW HOW TO GET THEM IN COURT OR IN JAIL

Just a couple years ago this was a legitimate reputable business. I used them several times to get titles for old motorcycles. I could send a check with my paperwork and get everything back in a couple weeks. Some time in 2011 things changed. His fees increased about 4 times what they had been. This last time I sent Joe Holmes $275 last November. Since then I got 1 email from him in January with the excuse my stuff was delayed cause of the holidays. It's now the end of May, 7 months later and nothing. No reply to the hundreds of emails, phone calls, letters, and fax messages. I even sent him a registered letter threatening to sue. If I send an email request for a quote on a title he'll get back to me right away. There are hundreds of complaints with the BBB in Las Vegas for the same thing. They gave him an F rating. There are even videos about it on You Tube. All this guy does is send to Vermont and register an old vehicle there where they don't require titles for vehicles over a certain age. I called Vermont and they never received my paperwork from ITS. I found out you can save yourself hundreds of dollars and aggravation if you just do it yourself. You don't need to be a resident of Vermont to register a vehicle there. Once he gets your money you won't hear from him again and then you'll be sorry. I filed complaints with the BBB, the postal inspectors, and the FTC. This guy needs to be locked up. He's a thief and a liar. Don't take my word for it. Do a little research and look up International Title Service scams or fraud. Don't become another one of his victims.

Stay away from this crook!! I sent him (Joseph Holmes) all HIS paperwork and $490.00 as instructed. That was back in March. It's now been almost 6 months, and still nothing!! I've made phone call after phone call, message after message-still nothing! I've filed complaints with BBB, attorney general in NV., and MO., which is where I'm from, US postal service, getting ready to file on with the state hwy patrol of Mo., per instructions of the Las Vegas PD. The address used for this company is only a postal box-not a physical business address-per L.V. PD. It's not even an auctual post office-all it is, is a building that has boxes in it that you can rent to have your mail delivered to-per L.V. PD. I was instructed to file a complaint in my state for theft, then they will contact investigators in NV. Also, I'm going to file a complaint with the phone company. He is using them to commit fraud. I also contacted the Federal Trade Commission and filed a complaint with them. According to the NV. BBB, there has been 99 complaints just in the last year, with 69 of them being unresolved. His rating with the BBB is an F. They grade on a scale of A to F. Again he has an F. I want to tell everyone I can, not to get scammed by this guy. If he got $490.00 from me, and how much from the other 98 people, what's he doing with everyones money? He's the SCAMMER OF ALL SCAMMERS!!!!!!!! Wonder if he sleeps at night or if he comes out of hideing at night? I want this guys name all over the internet as a scammer.

Do not use this service! It is a complete ripoff! I sent my money back in April 2011 and still have not received my title and plates. I have tried calling, emailing and faxing several times with no response. I have now reported them to the Better Business Bureau with no response yet again. They will steal your money. It is a scam! Hopefully I can save some people from losing money like I did. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

this company told me 3 to 6 weeks for my title , it has been over 6 months now and nothing , I think this company is a big joke , and all thay do is steal your money to play at the strip ,so if you use this company for there service you can expect to get riped off like I have been , BE WARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
