On my recent trip to the Progressive office on Tropicana and Eastern, I met with a very nice gentlemen named Len. He was very professional and knowledgeable and got me a good price on homeowners insurance.

I can't say enough about this company. I have been in the Customer Service industry for more than 20 years, and when I find a company that is professional and goes above and beyond I have to spread the word. Not only were they professional every time that I called in to speak with them they found the best rates for my needs, and made the whole process easy peezy... lemon squeezy. This is more for the Claims department for Primero Auto Insurance.

1st they are closed for claims on the weekend. That was never told to me. The indecent took place on between Friday night and Saturday early morning so I had to wait until Monday to report this

2ndly I left a "message" to start a claim the day the incident took place. They claim they never received the message I had to leave on a voicemail. (good thing I called the 1st thing Monday morning to check.

3rdly. I was told that the same day my car will be picked up. My car was involved in a fire. My car is still sitting in my apt's.

4th I called back later that day and the claim never reached the claim case person it was assigned to. Due to me calling back to check up he was made aware of the case at that point. So because it was late afternoon they told me my car will be pecked up next day. Again I live in apt's and the car was on fire.

5th I called back the next day in the afternoon... to get answers because they have not communicated absolutely nothing as for as anything at all and my car is still here. The young lady seemed to be confused kept putting me on hold and answering as if it's no big thing. She advised me that altough I have full coverage that I do not have renters insurance to rent another car. And, she spoke with no empathy and stated how I "can JUST go get a rental but you have to just pat 100% out of pocket" as if it was just that simple. At that point I began to get mad. I demanded answers like what happens next? What do I have to do? Or, anything. She placed me on hold after I got mad without telling me she was going to put me on hold. I waited, she never came back. I called back and the phone just rang.

6th Before she put me on hold she told me that they will pick my car up within 3-4 days.... WHAT!? I called back again and a guy answered, I explained my experience and I asked for help on what do I have to do because I am not getting help. He told me it could be about a week before this is all settled. So I asked what he was telling me it will take 3-4 days for my car to be picked up and on top of that a week for the claim to be settled. He stated it could be less time. He gave me the info to the tow Company that will be picking up the car and after I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and he transferred me to a voice mail... I had to leave a message.

7th I had to call the tow company myself to make arrangement for them to pick up my car. They told me it would be picked up within 24 hours. I'm OK with that. Why did I have to do that?

Not surprised they have five stars. I moved here from out of state and was shocked at the difference in my auto insurance. These guys worked with me; were quick and I ended up going with them. Best part: after receiving 1,000 letters from Costco about comparing prices, I finally did. I must say I was impressed with the professionalism of the Costco Broker - he came right out and told me they couldn't get anywhere close to my current rate. Even more happy now.

I was looking for a affordable but also dependable insurance company for my first car, and Insurance Specialists delivered. Not only are they local and always able to help with any questions I have they are also supported by progressive so gives me extra confidence I made the right decision. I'm looking forward to staying with them for years to come -PM

Great customer service, friendly and affordable prices. The agents here are great I was able to get my insurance set up and ready to go in a matter of minutes, they were able to answer all the questions I had. I definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for insurance also there fish tank is nice, only con: no "FLO" but everything else was great. ^^

Insurance Specialists were so friendly, informative, helpful, and efficient that there is no wonder why I was referred to them by my favorite nationwide insurance provider, Progressive. My rates are so low that it costs more money to fill up my gas tank than it does to pay my auto insurance!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Insurance Specialists!!!

Insurance Specialists is the type of company you wish you could find with everything you deal with in your life. They are professional, helpful and efficient. We spoke to Len who was so friendly and personable. He was able to find us rates for all of our vehicles as well as our home that were much lower than what we had been paying for years and with better coverage as well. I am very happy with my decision to switch my insurance needs to the Insurance Specialists. I really like to do all of my business online, and they have made that possible. It's nice to know that I can also stop by the office anytime if I need to. They have a friendly staff and Len the guy I dealt with knew his stuff. He made it very easy for me to cancel my prior insurance company without any fears. In addition, he saved me a nice amount each year on my car, motorcycle and home insurance. I should have done this a whole lot sooner. Last insurance company had gotten five years’ worth out of me. Not only are payments lower, my coverage is the same, I didn't give anything up and my deductible is half what it used to be.... Thanks Guys
