They just push injections if they don't help you they abandon you. They are very unprofessional and have no compassion. They act burned out. Pam is a evil mean bitch & when u bring it 2 someone attention 're: what happened they take it out on the patient. The front office will tell u that u can talk 2 them, but u really can't.
I went through 5 PA in 4 yrs, I just found out from 1 PA they fired if the PA doesn't order injections if needed or not they are fired. Pam is very rude & unprofessional, she referred me to a surgeon she was going to work for(but idk that) & it was brought 2 burhead ATTENTION, they did nothing. My Dr didn't send me to a surgeon but on my 1st appointment with her she did. I only saw Dr burkhead(my Dr) 2x in the 4 yrs that I was there. She quit 2 go work 4 this surgeon, but came back to work for burhead for some reason(the front office girl said)
Dr Wu wrote 4 prescriptions without even seeing me, when there was no Dr available for my appointment. When asked if this was legal Mark PA said he wasn't sure of the law. Maybe these ppl shouldn't be in practice if they don't know the law on writing pain med) Scary place. They treat patients like drug addicts. I listened to them treat ppl horrible and other patients were talking in the waiting rm also. Horrible office
