After a backing accident in the RV, I went to Creative Industrial Fiberglass Design on Industrial to get an estimate of repair. J.R., the owner gave me a solid estimate and a reasonable time they would need the vehicle to repair it. I dropped it off on a Monday and it was ready on Friday. The work looked superior in the way it blended into the existing bumper and moldings. Then J.R. gave me the rest of the news, the charge was about $1400.00 less then the estimate; because, J.R said, "his technician completed the job quicker then he thought it would take." Thank you for superior work, timely delivery, and honest billing. I think that is the best customer service plan in town. Gregg

BLUF: If you want QUALITY work at a decent price, this is the place for you!JR IS THE MAN!!! Period dot. I’m guessing the bad review was from a previous employee or a competitor because this guy (JR) is the real deal. He came highly recommended. He does work for most of the major casinos, he’s got work from the UAE (shipped it overseas), water company, etc.Anyway, now to my work: I kept coming up w/these ideas I wanted implemented on/in my boat. 1) new 5/8” flooring (not the cheapo ½” stuff in today’s new boats) 2) new platforms for fishing seats 3) new gel coat 4) new carpet, etc. If I could post a pic of my boat, I would. My 1989 looks better than showroom boats! The price was more than fair, especially given the quality put into this thing.

if your not in a hurry or don't care about customer service then this the place for you. like everyone else i had a BAD experience with JR the grumpy owner. the man is rude and shows no concern for the customer needs.i wish i would have shopped around or asked some fellow boaters where to go. the quality of work done is about the same as the quality taken to keep the shop in a safe and orderly fashion. please do your self a favor and stay away.
