I have NOT had a great experience with Virginia at all. Yes, she is friendly etc upon hiring her however, communication is horrible. I've handled every single document in my WC case I've spoken to the adjuster and I requested my medical records all on my own without her advising me. Email after email after email no responses at all then once in a blue moon she responded with "well i know I responded" No you didn't! I have even after calling and verifying she has the correct email etc still NOTHING! I have filed a complaint with the bar. Also, her son is the "paralegal' whom I have received 1 email from and only because I had to call and demand he send it to me. Not to mention the typos in the legal doc but thats another story. Anyhow, if your wanting an attorney who will handle your case I am not confident in this one unfortunately. :(

Attorney Virginia Hunt and her staff were better than I could have imagined. I was in an accident at Project City Center and I interviewed at least ten attorneys. I had the misfortune of being seriously injured on the job many years ago. Virginia made sure I got the proper medical care when workers comp was giving me the run around.
