Aug 28, 2013 BEWARE!! This Company showed up the price doubled then they wouldn't clean both sides of the Sofa and Chair Cushions wanted even more money. Then proceeded to use an excessive amount of water and damaged our Sofa and Chairs leaving serious stains. We contacted the Company asked for the owner’s name "Thomas" refused to give us the owners name nor their Insurance Company. We asked them to come out to look at the damage no one ever would set a time nor call back we were put on hold and ignored several times and screamed at in an abusive manner. We never had an issues the previous two times our Sofa and Chairs were cleaned by a different company. They used so much water you could have gotten a hose and hosed them down the wood frame was wet and bleed thru the fabric we told the Tech we thought he was using too much water. The stains are so bad that we will have to have our Sofa and two Chairs re upholstered they ruined them. They also cleaned our upstairs carpet it took two days to dry. BEWARE!!!

Do not use this company. Prices are not what they say. We were told we get a 3 year warrenty and when I called after a month they said we dont get any kind of warrenty. The guy who I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude!!

This place is absolutely terrible!!! I have never felt so violated or angry as well as scared! False advertising, very very very inappropriate and they did a terrible job!!!! The worker that was here was so wrong in the way he talked he told me after hitting on me several times he said i had a tight body and too "show him my stomach and lift my shirt-woman." I felt violated by this company and the price wasnt what they said and they couldnt explain why and in general this entire thing was just bad business!!! very bad please save yourself the trouble and money and use a better company...this was so wrong.
