This place is a joke... its gross inside and there were definitely roaches. Go to sallys beauty supply they have better options and it won't be nearly as disgusting inside. Also the people in the store are RUDE.

The lady, ( Aynee ) who runs the store, was most helpful ( way beyond my wildest expectations ) and impressed me. When she realized she didn't have what I wanted in her store, she researched it and made numerous phone calls to find it for me. When she found a store that had the product she had them send it to her store for me to pick it up upon delivery a couple days later. How refreshing to find such quality professionalism and courtesy extended to a customer, especially in today's world of dog eat dog. Amazingly, it wasn't restricted to just Anyee who extended the professionalism and courtesy. Everyone who works there are just as polite and helpful and you can tell it is their natural personalities. I know that the Lord lead me and my niece to this hair place, we were greeted with much caring and friendliness not only that, Aynee gave us her personal attention her staff was outstanding as well, after explaining that my niece was diagnosed with cancer Aynee jumped into action not only did she provided us with a private room for my niece to try on hair she gave us endless information regarding one of the projects she is involved in which is cancer awareness, we were blown away this young vibrant lady is really passionate with all of her projects. Through Aynee I have learned that enthusiasm and a passion for people is a vital ingredient in all human endeavors. I know that The Lord lead me and my niece to this hair place, why do I say this let me explain. My niece was diagnosed with cancer we just relocated from Florida she started her dream job here in Vegas when we first step in to this place (by the way it was opened on a sunday) we were headed to have her hair shaved completely off after we left picking up her a wig. We were welcomed with such warmth and caring from the staff. We explained my nieces situation Aynee the (OWNER) immediately jumped into action. She took us both under her wings gave us info in what's she's involved with regarding cancer awareness we were blown away. This young vibrant lady is really passionate with all of her projects.
