I had an appointment for a root canal at 10am. After nearly 3 hours of waiting, all I had done was X-rays. I was told that they were really busy with walk ins and would not be able to do the procedure. Why schedule an appointment then?? I later spoke with a woman named Kari who told me that I could come back in a week but I would need to pay for half the procedure today. I sent my husband back with the money that was requested, and she told him she was too busy to help him and he would have to sit down and wait until she had some time. Why she wouldn't just take the money is beyond me. I later called to speak with Kayla Mai the manager and she refused to speak with me. She sent text messages instead. I will never go back to this place again!

They are amazing! The service is wonderful. They have changed their hours of operation and are open late. Could not say enough about their service. Highly recommend you check them out. I was scared of going to the dentist, but I can't stoo raving about how great of an exlerience I had. One of Vegas best kept secret!!!!

The visit to the dentist here was the worst experience of my life. They told me the x-rays were complimentary and yet billed my insurance. The dentist told me to get extra documentation and then would not respond.

Fed up, I decided will look for another dentist. He was so uncaring.

I do not think I will ever visit my previous dentist again! I had to get a lot of work done that required me to be awake and feel all the pain. I told my Dentist that I would call back later to make an appointment, I never did. Instead, I searched for other places to see if there was other options, when I came across Sedation Dentistry. I came to them and got all the work done that was needed and I seriously didn't feel a thing! This is now my forever dentist office. I will never go back the doctor was great as well.

I love the staff at Hi-Tech Dental Care/Sedation Dental Care Love this place! I would recommend it to anyone!

A good dentist is hard to find. I switched to Hi-Tech Dental Care/Sedation Dental Care after having a bad experience at another clinic My teeth needed a lot of work so trust me when I say this place is amazing!

They are very nice, almost too nice when you call and walk in. Very nice, very slick beautiful place. BUT I think I'd be a little careful. I'm a former dental assistant/office manager. I understand my well above average dental insurance, what it covers and what the procedures are. I knew I needed some work done. I also knew it would mean well under $300 out of pocket after going to the payment schedule on my insurance website.

I had a hard time getting them to tell me exactly WHAT I needed and what my out of pocket would be. I finally got a figure out of them, nearly $11K, that's THOUSAND not hundreds. WTH? I still don't have any real detail as to what I need, I was told my insurance pays for almost nothing and that was why it was so much. But I get crowns and almost everything with NO copay. So that was an outright lie. Even with no insurance, that seems out of line for what they say I need.

So I called my insuance company. Turns out they're out of network. I SPECIFICALLY asked when I made the appointment if they were in my network. They told me YES!! I asked them in the office too, no one said it was because they are not in my network when I was shocked at the amount. So I wasted 2 visits and lots of time.

Please remember, dentists and doctors offices are businesses. They are they to make as much money as they can.

If you have lots of time to waste at a dental office this is the place for you! They took THREE WEEKS to tell me that they didn't accept my insurance. Instead of just telling me that they were not approved to accept the insurance they kept giving me vague answers, and ended up trying to scam me into paying cash saying that my insurance didn't cover anything. When I went in for my actual appointment to get a broken tooth fixed that I went in for THREE WEEKS BEFORE they treated the appointment as if it was a "Consultation". I have never had a dental office act so unprofessional. They don't want you or your business, and more importantly YOUR TIME is Even LESS important to them. I will NEVER recommend them.
