My husband, who is a home inspector, and I have been shopping at Hi Desert for eight years. First we bought a washer and dryer to leave with a house we sold. Since then we bought two other items from them. What a bargain! Are they gorgeous NO, but they work and they work well for a long time.They guarantee the product for six months and when I did have a problem two or three years later, they came out and for a modest repair fee ($60), fixed it parts and labor. They even took it back and forth to the shop! That dryer I paid $125 for six plus years ago, finally bit the dust. So . . . I am a repeat customer. How's that for an endorsement?If you are looking for almost perfect, then go to Sears and pay full retail. This is a used appliance store. You need to be realistic. If you want an appliances that works for more than a fair price then this is the place! Thanks Hi Desert, I'd be lost with out you!Sunny Gibbs

i bought a refirbished refrigerator from this store!! I have had it 8 years. the poor thing has been dropped on our driveway when moving in, the door isn't sitting right and the thing is still working, Now i am needing another refrig because it's not keeping food cold enough. I will go back and get another refrig from these people. Sales people are all very nice and they do a great job taking care of their customers.

i am very please with chris at hi desert app. he told me he couldnt deliver for a few days & sent me to a and r appl on western & the woman there was beyond rude so i went back to chris. he set me up with a wonderful kenmore washer at the best price i have found at 6 used appl stores and even gave me a 6 month warrenty. i am buying a dryer in the morning because he saved me so much money i can afford BOTH they were polite helpful and generous 5 stars happy happy joy joy

thay came out ,and said that there might be the transmission or the clutch ,and theyhad to take it to the shop.........the cost would be between $250.00 and $350.00...two days later they called and said it was only the clutch pads and the cost was only $136.00..the day after that they delivered the washing mech. and the cost was only $136;00..delivered and installed.......what honesty!!! we highly recommend hi desert appliance for repair work

I NEEDED A WASHER I STOPED BY THE STORE. A FOUND 1 MY WIFE WOULD LIKE. CHRIS SET UP DELIVERY & HAULED THE OLD WASHER AWAY. ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS WORKS GREAT. THANK YOU CHRIS

I have been looking for a used microwave oven and contacted this store since it sells used applainces. The worker was polite but stated that the store does not carry Microwave ovens.
